Gravel Guide

We’ve developed this guide to answer a desperate need from you, the rider.  Gravel bikes are evolving quickly and leading to higher speeds on rougher roads.  Due to this we’ve seen more and more dropped chains, enter the cSixx Gravel guide that has been refined to a lightweight package with all the adjustability to setup your bike with the ultimate in chain security. 

This Guide has been designed and manufactured in our factory in Woodstock, Cape Town and developed in and around the incredible roads of South Africa.

Aluminium Backplate

The guide backplate is CNC machined from a block of 6082-T6 to ensure the guide is stiff yet light. We then Anodise the backplate for additional corrosion resistance and a beautiful shiny finish. Last step is to laser etch on the graphic elements before assembly.

Acetal Top Guide

The top guide cage is a CNC machined from an Acetal block.

This material is an engineering plastic that we picked due to it's high precision, high stiffness, low friction, and excellent dimensional stability.
